# Save links on Telegram

> Forward a post or paste an https link to Yuri on Telegram. He files it into the same library as the Chrome extension.

On Telegram, Yuri is a chat. You send a link. He files it. The library is the same one the extension uses.

## How do I activate Yuri?

1. Buy a plan on [yurihelpful.com](https://yurihelpful.com).
2. Open the activation email.
3. Send `/start` plus the code to Yuri in Telegram.

That code belongs to your account. Do not share it.

## How do I save a link?

Paste an `https://` URL, or forward a post that contains one. Yuri takes links only. He does not take uploaded photos, videos, or documents.

When the save works, he replies with **Show Options**. That button expands to Transcript, Explain, Summary, Actionable Items, Social, and Download. A page with no stored media gets a shorter menu: no Transcript and no Download.

If the scrape fails, the reply is **Try Again**.

## Which commands exist?

## Does Telegram keep a separate library?

No. Telegram and the extension write to the same files. [My Links](/my-links) shows the same items.
