# Troubleshooting

> Fixes when Yuri cannot save a link, the account is not active, the library is full, Instagram reels fail, or a Pinterest board is not a pin.

## Why did Yuri not save my link?

Send an `https://` URL he can route. He does not take uploaded files. If the scrape fails, tap **Try Again** on Telegram. **Saved to Yuri** in the extension only means he accepted the link.

## Why does the extension say my account is not active?

The session is fine. The account is not. Signing in again cannot fix it. Finish checkout and send `/start` plus the code on Telegram.

## Why does it say library full?

You hit the link cap on your [plan](/plans). Upgrade from the extension popup or from the site.

## Why does it say too fast?

The limit is 10 saves a minute and 120 an hour. Wait for the countdown.

## Why did an Instagram reel fail?

Some public clips 404 on Instagram's reels form. Yuri retries the same shortcode as a post. If both fail, **Try Again**. See [Instagram](/sources/instagram).

## Why did a Pinterest board fail?

Yuri files one pin. A board, a profile, or a search page is not a pin. Open the pin and send that URL, or click the chip on the pin. See [Pinterest](/sources/pinterest).

## Why is there no transcript?

YouTube and ordinary websites store metadata only. Yuri does not download those videos. The menu hides Transcript and Download when there is no stored media. See [What Yuri reads](/sources).

## Why is Ask Yuri missing?

Ask Yuri is on [Pro](/plans) only.
