When does a transcript exist?

When Yuri stored a video, audio, or image. He writes it at save time. He does not invent speech for a silent video. He does not treat background music as words.

When is it missing?

YouTube and other websites store metadata only. There is no file to transcribe. The menu hides Transcript. A carousel is transcribed slide by slide, up to 15 slides.
