Yuri tags each link when he files it. You do not have to invent a folder first.

How does tagging work?

At save time Yuri writes a category, tags, and whether the link is actionable. Those fields live with the item. My Links uses them for filters. Telegram’s /saved list is the ten newest items, not a tag search. Open My Links. Type a keyword. Add tag and category filters. The search runs on your library, not on the public web.

Can I rename Yuri’s tags?

Not yet. The tags you see are the ones he wrote when he saved the link.
